Your work will be hands-on and involve collaborating with Supply Chain leaders to define the hiring needs of the company. To achieve this, you will be given the autonomy and tools to execute on our strategy to build and develop Anduril's world class team. We are looking for someone who can handle every aspect of recruiting and is excited to be part of small team where no task is too big or too small.Position is open to 6-month Contract employment.

WHAT YOU’LL DOAct as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, continuous process improvement, process automation, and candidate managementConduct interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratiosEngage passive candidates using Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals and SOBO campaignsDrive diverse talent into the organization ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpointRepresent the company's brand and recruiting team internally and externallyLeverage internal resources to build strategy around selling our value propositionCORE REQUIREMENTSMultiple years of full-cycle recruiting experience working on Supply Chain, Production, or Manufacturing roles & engaging top tier talentExperience managing stakeholder relationships, including working directly with Hiring Managers, driving strategic recruiting efforts based on business needs, profile calibration and updating pipeline progress via reportingExperience acting in a consultative manner where your guidance has led to improved outcomes, and a positive candidate experienceClear and effective communication with candidates to understand motivation, drivers, and fit within the organizationExperience managing various funnels of candidates and keeping track of their progress throughout the recruitment processHighly autonomous but highly collaborativePREFERRED REQUIREMENTSMultiple years of experience working at an agency or fast-paced startup environmentThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
