This is an exciting career opportunity with a well-respected mid-sized regional law firm that maintains a busy litigation and trial practice representing plaintiffs and defendants across a wide range of practice areas including commercial litigation, consumer protection class actions, product liability, employment law, personal injury, intellectual property, whistleblower law, securities, and public entity litigation.The partners are seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience handling commercial litigation cases. The incoming attorney will have the opportunity to work directly with a diverse team of attorneys and staff on complex commercial matters across different industries. This role requires strong detail-oriented research, case analysis, and legal writing skills in addition to experience with depositions and managing complex discovery and ESI. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in law and motion and an ability to work in a fast-paced team culture. There will be significant opportunity to serve as both first and second-chair on a variety of matters in different stages of litigation.
