Position SummaryNavaide is seeking a dynamic Vice President to lead and oversee our accounts, ensuring superior client delivery, strategic growth, and continuous innovation. This role will be instrumental in fostering client relationships, aligning Navaide’s strategic offerings with client needs, and expanding our presence within government programs. The VP of Client Delivery will work collaboratively with internal leaders and external partners to achieve measurable success, enhance market positioning, and deliver exceptional client value.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and develop Account Leaders for Navaide’s client-facing portfolio, focused on delivering tailored, impactful solutions.Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships, working with Account Leaders as a key point of contact to understand client priorities and align Navaide’s services accordingly.Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with Navaide’s corporate objectives to address emerging client needs and market trends.Drive thought leadership and support capture and marketing efforts to help position Navaide as a market leader, showcasing Navaide’s expertise and commitment to client success.Strategize and oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development within Navaide’s delivery accounts to meet current and future client demands.Support development and management of growth pipeline and nurturing client relationships to support account expansion, ensuring a competitive position within the sector.Spearhead innovation efforts across accounts, ensuring Navaide’s solutions remain competitive, forward-thinking, and valuable to clients.Lead and coordinate the documentation and implementation of best practices, tools, and process accelerators to enhance and streamline account delivery.Cultivate strategic partnerships with both large and small market players to broaden Navaide’s reach and influence.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree (MBA, MPA, etc.) preferred.10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the public sector with a track record of managing high-performing teams and driving organizational growth.Proven expertise in client relationship management, market strategy, and solution development tailored to specific client needs.Demonstrated ability to lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Security Clearance:
Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, a US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance.Travel:
