Litigation (Real Estate and Business) Associate Attorney

A law firm in San Francisco is seeking a Litigation (Real Estate and Business) Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to primarily handle large-scale commercial real estate litigation. The ideal candidate will possess prior similar experience and excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.Duties:Handle large-scale commercial real estate litigation matters.Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate and business disputes.Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for court proceedings.Assist with discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.Manage caseload and meet deadlines.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on real estate and business matters.Prior experience handling large-scale commercial real estate litigation preferred.Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.Strong attention to detail.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admittance to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admittance.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admittance to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admittance.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Excellent writing skills.Analytical thinking and problem-solving.Negotiation skills.Time management and organization.Attention to detail.Client communication and relationship-building.
