Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be instrumental in designing, coding, testing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that empower our business and enhance our operations. This hybrid role in San Francisco offers the chance to work collaboratively with global stakeholders, blending technical expertise with strategic problem-solving.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Collaboration : Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze complex requirements, offering Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives.Solution Design and Architecture : Lead the design of scalable Salesforce solutions, making critical technical decisions and providing architectural guidance.Coding and Development : Develop complex custom functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components, ensuring high standards of code quality and maintainability.Customization and Integration : Manage customization efforts and complex integrations, including working with APIs, middleware, and connectors for data integrity and smooth information flow.Data and Security Management : Create and manage advanced data models, ETL processes, and data migrations, focusing on security using profiles, roles, and permission sets.Deployment and Documentation : Plan and oversee deployments, minimizing downtime and maintaining comprehensive documentation for complex solutions.Team Leadership and Mentorship : Lead by example, coaching junior developers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with global teams, administrators, business analysts, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Salesforce Developer certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Developer, System Architect, or Technical Architect).Minimum of 6 years of Salesforce development experience with strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and best practices.Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative development.Proficiency in CRM Analytics (CRMA) is a plus.Strong experience in Salesforce integrations and data management.Commitment to inclusive team collaboration and leadership.About AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $110,300 and $190,300. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
