Position Overview
LitePoint is seeking a Worldwide Vice President of Sales. As a leading provider of wireless test solutions, LitePoint is known for innovative products that are simple to use, robust in production offering leading edge performance for the latest wireless technologies (5G, Wi-Fi 7 and UWB). Our customers include all the leading consumer electronics brands and chipset companies as well as their manufacturing partners. This is the top Sales position within LitePoint and critical to continuing our track record of revenue growth and exciting product line expansion. The Vice President Sales will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s sales, leading a direct sales team of about 30 people and our channel of distributors and reps.This executive will continue an emphasis on value based selling backed by a large team of wireless applications experts to create innovations our customers value in high-growth and innovative segments such as network infrastructure and consumer electronics including: smartphones, tablets, IoT devices, etc.Develop and execute a sales strategy that encompasses direct and indirect channels to deliver on revenue and margin goals for existing and new customers and products.Develop and maintain account strategies based on market analysis, senior level account relationships, technology exchanges and a global ecosystem perspective.Guide the prioritization of investments in applications and product development.Drive worldwide strategies connecting consumer brands and contract manufacturers across multiple regions.Provide direction to the sales support functions including customer service, sales operations, product logistics, order processing, and inventory management.Provide the recruiting, training, and development programs to encourage teamwork across the region(s) and enable the entire sales and marketing organization to succeed.Participate as a member of LitePoint’s executive staff in guiding the overall business.Qualifications
Successful track record in closing large, complex business opportunities.Track record of consistently achieving sales and revenue goals in the capital equipment or test and measurement sector.Successful experience in leading and integrating sales and support functions to a leadership position in the global market.Able to do a significant amount of international travel, especially to Asia.Minimum 12-15 years working experience.Mandarin language fluency is a strong plus.Ideally well-known and well connected within the companies LitePoint serves.Position Location
