Unlock your career potential.The Amazon Business Centralized Marketing team is seeking an experienced Paid Media Marketing Manager to join our global Paid Media Team. In this role, you will create world-class marketing strategies to support our mission to grow Amazon Business globally. You will define, plan, execute, and measure Paid Media Campaigns (social, display ads, Amazon Display, etc.) that drive customer growth.A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team-oriented, a great communicator, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. You will have a proven track record taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.Key Responsibilities

Define and execute Paid Media strategies for Amazon Business worldwide.Define best practices and measurement of paid media channels (social, display, Amazon Ads, etc.) for marketing partners globally.Act as the main Paid Media point of contact to direct external and internal partners and effectively collaborate with them to support successful advertising campaign launches.Take ownership for efficient use of Amazon Business advertising budget worldwide by monitoring and advising on work output from partner teams.Derive actionable insights from data and synthesize to deliver and advise on improvements to campaign performance.Report progress against goals and present relevant metrics to senior management.Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, scope, and time to market.Write joint business review documents, experimentation roadmaps, and campaign plans that work backward from the customer.Basic Qualifications

2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaignsExperience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teamsBachelor's degree or equivalentPreferred Qualifications
