Director, Client Services - Full-TimePosition Summary:Your role is to be the national leader for multiple large Consumer Goods organization programs executing their field sales efforts with Encore. You will build a partnership with your client contacts by ensuring each program is delivering the expected results in field and on budget. Your Client Management, Sales and Merchandising and Field Management teams are the eyes and ears of the Client. You will ensure that these teams are performing at the highest level every day. They will have set objectives that need to be achieved, and you are a crucial part of empowering them towards success. You will do this through communication, training, team management, coaching and leadership.What You'll Be DoingCommunication and StrategyPrimary, ‘go-to’ contact for multiple Clients; attending regular face-to-face meetings with key Client contacts in their officePlay a role in leading and supporting business development in current and new industriesProgram management/decision making – Program Launch, Field Execution, Results, Recruiting, Reporting, Budget Management and Performance DevelopmentContinuously explore ways to improve programs and increase productivity and optimize effectiveness (coverage, cost reduction, reporting)Work with Clients to fully understand their business challenges and explore solutionsMaintain a partnership and regular communication with all Client contactsWork from both the Client’s as well as Encore’s officesEffectively communicate retail priorities from Clients to your teamsPlan, facilitate and create presentations for Client meetingsWork closely with internal key stakeholders in all departments of the businessPeople DevelopmentLead your Managers and their teams across Canada to meet objectivesManage multiple program priorities that are derived from the various ClientsLead the informal and formal performance development process of your team membersWork with your Client Managers and Team Leads to coordinate onboarding and training of new repsReview performance reports to ensure objectives are met, and implement corrective plans when neededTechnology and ReportingWork closely with the Information Solutions team to ensure that all internal and external reporting needs are being metVet program reporting and deliver insightful and actionable information and program recommendations to various ClientsEnsure processes are in place/project management for distribution/banner questions/IS requestsThe Perfect Person for the Role:You thrive on exceeding your Client's expectations.
