Hands-on system administrator duties include:Windows OS patchingAWS cloud administrationAWS cloud MigrationESX host patchingWindows Break-fix issuesVMware supportWintel and VMware support for multiple healthcare accountsMaintain physical and logical diagrams of hardware environmentTroubleshoot and resolve system issuesDevelop, implement, and deploy plans for infrastructure-related projects that affect the organizationContact and engage OS and hardware vendors if neededEngage with other teams (Networking, SAN, DBAs, Backup and Restore, Disaster Recovery, Applications, Client Engineers, etc.) when there are issuesWhat we're looking for

3 years Windows Server 2008 and later experienceInstall and configure GPOs to manage Windows DomainsWindows User administrationAdvanced troubleshooting skills Windows / VMware / NetworkWhat you should expect in this role

This role requires on-call rotation for 24x7 including after-hours support. This is a fully remote position with the flexibility to work from home, and we are considering candidates from all US locations. Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation. The deadline to submit applications for this posting is Friday December 13, 2024.The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
