What to Expect
HCA’s Sales leader will drive HCA’s Finance, Commercial, and Insurance revenue growth by providing strategic direction and guiding the Sales organization to grow business across all branded products. This individual will create and lead strategic initiatives for HCA that align with OEM network initiatives and achieve revenue growth goals. In addition, they must build and expand executive relationships with large private and public dealer groups, complex commercial customers, internal and external stakeholders, and strategic partners. The Sales leader will also manage employee development and oversee employee and dealer training to support the growth of business in Finance, Commercial, and Insurance products and programs.
What You Will Do
Set direction and manage all strategic and tactical activities of HCA’s retail finance, commercial finance, and insurance sales functions while also developing growth projects aligned with OEM network initiatives for optimal performance. Oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets. Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance sales operations.
Provide strategic direction and oversee development and implementation of effective programs and practices spanning retail finance, commercial finance and insurance to accelerate sales growth, improve profitability, increase dealer satisfaction, and sustain high employee engagement.
Act as HCA’s executive sponsor for national dealer accounts which will primarily be large private and public dealer groups, but may also include key fleet or mobility accounts.
Ensure the Sales organization achieves HCA’s annual business plan and KPIs including originations, penetration, and dealer satisfaction.
Represent the company at various community events and business meetings to promote the Hyundai, Genesis, and Kia brands.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
20+ years of relevant work experience in the automotive, financial services and transportation / mobility industries.
10+ years of sales experience within automotive or financial services industries; automotive captive experience preferred.
Proven track record of handling high profile clients including managing C-Level executive relationships.
Possess high level of expertise in financial products including syndicated loans, dealer financial products, real estate, and commercial leasing.
Experience in underwriting and servicing large sum commercial accounts.
Bachelor’s degree required (in relevant major); Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Must have proven strategic management and change management skills.
Superior written and oral communication skills; ability to present to large audiences and C-Level executives.
Strong leadership ability in building and managing teams, as well as developing talent.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite products.
Employee and customer satisfaction mindset.
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
