Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Have you ever wanted to be an Employee Owner? We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as the Order Fulfillment Coordinator!
This person will help ensure client satisfaction by accurately and efficiently preparing orders and will be responsible for picking and assembling systems for order fulfillment.
Essential Functions:

Pick and assemble systems and setup supplies for sales order documents Perform pre-assembly tasks including removal of packing tape and shipping brackets, toner installation and accessory attachment to main system Utilize eAutomate to execute all assigned inventory transactions associated with each sales order Communicate order fulfillment status to all parties involved in a timely and professional manner Recognize and escalate issues when additional assistance is required Assist with any other warehouse logistics tasks as directed, including picking supply orders, pulling part requests, completing cycle counts, truck driving, and disposing of returned equipment and consumables

Excellent time management and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Extensive product knowledge and understanding of department processes Strong computer skills and analytical abilities Self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction
Work Environment:
The Order Fulfillment Coordinator works in the distribution center and is required to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School diploma or GED Pass IDOT/ODOT Physical Clean driving record Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
