Job Purpose:
Will define success metrics for our clients and perform day-to-day reporting and analysis of various web data using enterprise analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities: Understand clients’ goals and requirements and develop analytic approaches that meet and exceed their needs by: Performing quantitative analyses based on eCommerce and client databases. Developing, maintaining, and optimizing both internal and external reporting, including automated dashboards, customized ongoing reports, and ad hoc requests. Segmenting customer data to monitor performance and identify opportunities. Collaborating with project managers and developers to manage technical solutions and uncover data or tracking discrepancies. Competencies and Required Technical Knowledge: Two plus years of experience and preferably certification with Google Analytics, Tableau/PowerBI, and Datorama. Experience using programming languages (Python, SQL, etc.) to query large databases consisting of business and customer details, merging data sources from various platforms, developing causality analysis, and running statistical models. Two plus years’ experience collaborating with Marketing Mix Model vendors like Nielsen, IPSOS, Gartner, etc. to drive actionable insights and marketing optimizations. Strong data mining abilities and natural curiosity to dig deep into the metrics to solve problems or identify opportunities. High attention to detail and ability to work independently and under tight deadlines. Ability to work efficiently on a team and successfully collaborate on large projects. Additional Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree. Experience with marketing campaign analytics and online advertising preferred. Demonstrated capability to analyze complex data to derive actionable insights. Ability to think critically and complete deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
