Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is on a journey of digital transformation as we utilize our data, modernize our processes and advance technology to advance our position as the world’s leading Aerospace and Defense company.WHO WE ARELockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems is seeking to hire a full-time Windows System Administrator in Bothell, WA.On a day-to-day basis, duties include:Hardware and software installation.De-installation (COTS and custom software).Fault detection and fault isolation.Performing host backups.System monitoring and clean up, user support.WHO YOU AREThe ideal candidate will have the ability to write scripts in at least one administrative language. Candidate must have excellent customer and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt technical skills to user goals and objectives. Must be detail-oriented and able to process multiple tasks at the same time. Familiarity with specific facets of system administration including user account creation and management, OS patching, security auditing, and a working knowledge of networking as it relates to system operation is required. Knowledge of the operational characteristics of tactical environments, RMF compliance, and DISA STIGs are desired. Security+ Certification is mandatory. Instead, we're happy to offer a flexible schedule so you can have a more productive and well-balanced life both in and outside of work.Basic Qualifications:2-3 years' experience with Windows Server 2019 System Administration Skills including operating system installation and maintenance.2-3 years’ experience administering a Windows domain to include Group Policy, account management, and advanced system administration tasks and troubleshooting.Familiarity with administering Network attached storage devices.Security+ certification is required within 6 months of employment.Ability to properly install COTS hardware that complies with operational requirements and security as per Technical Documentation and production installation guides.Experience with Office 2016, specifically Excel and Visio.Experience administering Windows 10/11 environments.The ability to work independently in a lab environment.Networking experience with a basic understanding of firewall rules and routing.Support of system backup and recovery.Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at SECRET level. Requires US Citizenship.Desired Skills:Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF).Experience configuring Server Virtualization and Containers.Experience with Technical Documentation including hardware configuration and installation instructions.Experience supporting 3rd party applications.Integration and test experience.Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.Knowledge and ability to work with third party products, as required.Advanced networking certifications (Network+, CCNA).Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.Top Secret Clearance desired.Security Clearance Statement:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $74,700 - $143,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered:

Represented full-time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
