Responsibilities
Performs a variety of program administration support services involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties.Planning, managing, and monitoring programs throughout their life cycle.Works on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables.Establish and grow rapport with the Prime and others to best understand customer requirements and advocate for Peraton candidates.Briefs management on the status of action items and metrics to track contract performance.Aids in program staffing: resume review, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, and formal submission to prime/customer.Identifies and resolves issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the program.Evaluates and monitors the performance and efficiency of programs to ensure that program implementation is on target.*Position requires the selected candidate to be an incumbent on program and/or qualify as an individual contributor on contract (in addition to management duties). This requires a HUMINT background as well as customer-specific exposure.Qualifications
10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience.TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.Previous experience managing programs within the IC.Experience with personnel management (performance, time card administration, etc.) is strongly desired.Experience supporting the Customer as an individual contributor with HUMINT/CI Analysis.Benefits

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
