This position is direct hire, and the work is in the Jacksonville, Orlando, and Palm Coast areas. The position is full-time, and salary is negotiable depending on experience. The duties include managing the administrative activities of a project to ensure the fulfillment of contractual requirements while meeting the company’s safety, budget, and schedule goals. This role will provide timely feedback or corrective action to ensure that each team member contributes to the success of the project and company. Water treatment plant experience is required. Ensure invoices are properly and promptly submitted and timely payment is received.Review and finalize initial project budgets, identify and mitigate threats to the project’s budget goals and cost.Manage preconstruction process and the relationship with the owner, architect/engineer, construction manager, and other contractual partners. This includes coordinating with the Estimating Department on preconstruction estimates, obtaining pricing from subcontractors and vendors to assist estimators, developing site logistics and phase plans, developing project schedule, supporting project permitting process, billing, and obtaining Building Permit.Ensure all project logs, documents, and records are up-to-date and available to all necessary parties.Manage generation and execution of submittal plan, including responsibilities and dates to ensure that the construction activities meet schedule requirements.Mentor and coach direct reports including supporting leadership development programs. Conduct annual performance reviews with administrative direct reports.
