The acquisition of Airbase represents an expansion of Paylocity’s suite and is expected to deliver incremental integrated value to HR and finance leaders in managing all of their spend on a single platform.As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you’ll help us solve challenges and succeed as you grow and understand the unique needs of our clients and tailor easy-to-use solutions to deliver the performance they need. You’ll strengthen our relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and think outside the box to unlock new possibilities.Position OverviewAs a Senior Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation for our Airbase solution. You will play a pivotal role in prospecting, qualifying leads, and directly driving revenue targets. In this role, you’ll engage in daily prospecting, support preliminary sales qualification, and contribute to developing processes that enhance team performance.ResponsibilitiesActively promote and market the Airbase solution through diverse outreach methods, including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and targeted outbound campaigns.Conduct research and evaluate leads through web and CRM tools, maintaining accounts, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce.Schedule qualified demos that provide valuable insights for the Account Executive team.Identify and engage decision-makers within company structures to ensure quality prospecting.Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas, contributing directly to revenue goals.Collaborate in building company processes, using creativity and strategic thinking to drive team performance.QualificationsExperience:

2+ years in outbound prospecting, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or B2B environments, with a strong track record in a metrics-driven setting.Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication, a high attention to detail, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.Tools Proficiency:

Skilled in lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, SalesLoft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo.Creativity & Resilience:

A strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills, comfortable with handling rejection, and driven to keep the sales funnel active. Goal-oriented and motivated to grow into an Account Executive role.Passion for Innovation:

A demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, finance, and technology, with a desire to make a significant impact in an early-stage startup.Location:
