You will be responsible for cultivating a dynamic community, driving engagement, and creating meaningful connections with our diverse audience.How you will do it:Social Media Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Vans' brand identity and marketing goals.Global Brand Social Platforms Management:

Lead and own global social calendar and platform positioning based on social media strategy, partner with the content creation team and categories, regions to conceptualize and create compelling and shareable content for various social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand values.Community Building & Management:

Foster a strong sense of communities among Vans enthusiasts, encouraging interaction, user-generated content, and brand advocacy.Brand Tone & Voice:

Maintain and enhance the Vans brand voice across social media platforms, ensuring consistency and authenticity based on our brand positioning.Campaign Management:

Plan and execute social media campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign objectives.Social Listening & Reaction:

Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and brand mentions, providing insights to inform strategy and brand reaction moments.Crises Management:

Monitor social platforms and provide directions based on unexpected social events.Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize data and analytics tools to measure the success of social media efforts, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.Team Management:
