This will be accomplished by providing insights and narratives that ensure decision-makers have the information they need to make informed choices that drive or redirect the strategy.Additionally, you will play a large part in shaping the direction of the company's marketing efforts. For example, these insights will enable the organization to make decisions leading to the efficient execution of marketing promotions and campaigns in a manner that optimizes spending while maximizing ridership and revenue. Lastly, you will leverage advanced analytics and statistical analysis to help predict and inform the outcome of our commercial efforts.Your RoleMarketing and Campaign AnalysisThe primary focus is to own the analysis related to the performance of marketing promotions and campaigns while providing insights into how to optimize spend and drive strong business outcomes, with a secondary focus on operational and G&A data analysis.Develop strategies related to A/B testing, causal impact analysis, and feature analysis that provide insight into which content, products, and channels drive the most incremental ridership and/or revenue.Serve as a primary partner to our marketing partners to assist in the development of campaign segmentation and personalization strategies that optimize conversion rates and optimize spending.Data Integration and Dashboard DevelopmentConvert the output of ad-hoc or custom inquiries into permanent data assets by developing impactful Power BI dashboards that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.Harmonize multiple data points such as web behavior, geography, travel segments, and demographic attributes to predict commercial goals.Executive and Investor SupportSupport Executive and Investor inquiries related to Revenue and Ridership Performance.We are a new business model – agile and evolving.
