The Medicare Stars and Health Equity team is seeking a Lead Dir, Health Equity & Product to assist with management and launch of products and initiatives targeted at improving health outcomes for vulnerable members. The Health Equity team will be expanding on equity-based clinical and member experience initiatives leveraging existing Medicare product portfolio. Collaborate closely with the Medicare product team to review and design strategy for products, standards, infrastructure, and availability to support equitable outcomes for Medicare members. Applies advanced knowledge of product management to drive new product initiatives and enhancements. Guides market, financial, and profitability analysis for specific products and overall offering.Required Qualifications
Works to achieve operational, functional, business targets with measurable impact on progress against goals for the Medicare Stars and Health Equity area.Contributes to the development of complex strategies that encompass the Health Equity goals and position by utilizing project management tools, data analyses, and stakeholder feedback.Develops, prioritizes, and manages the existing products and new product pipeline to address member SDOH needs.Facilitates ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform decision making and key positioning.Partners across matrixed organization to advocate and advance Health equity goals.Guides junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes and provides functional (matrix) supervision.Preferred Qualifications
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.Previous experience with Medicare or product management is a plus.Adept at business intelligence and evaluating ROI for targeted products and interventions.Adept at presenting and communicating to senior leadership.Adept at collaboration and teamwork.Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skill.10+ years work experience.Education
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
