As VP of Operations & Sales, you will empower and support community Executive Directors to deliver exceptional resident experiences. With a focus on operational excellence, you will oversee budgets, expenses, and standards to drive efficiencies and achieve optimal profitability. You’ll build high-performing teams that align with our culture, foster a sense of community, and ensure each location operates efficiently within budgetary and financial goals. Your oversight of community level sales and marketing activities will be key to achieving revenue and occupancy objectives. Partnering with corporate leaders, Executive Directors, and sales teams, you will drive sustainable growth and elevate the living experience across our vibrant, hospitality-driven communities.Key Responsibilities:Shape and execute a dynamic strategy to achieve revenue targets and financial goals across multiple communities.Provide leadership, financial insights, and mentorship to Executive Directors, ensuring operational excellence and the execution of performance improvement plans.Lead the operating budget and capital planning processes, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with community needs.Develop frameworks and processes that drive operational success while fostering team engagement in alignment with Revel’s Culture Code.Utilize trend analysis and feedback to continuously improve resident satisfaction and team-member engagement.Coach and guide Executive Directors through goal-setting, performance management, and ongoing feedback to meet and exceed expectations.Foster a collaborative environment to resolve challenges and lead change initiatives.Design and manage comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with corporate goals to optimize occupancy and revenue.Monitor and analyze marketing efforts, ensuring budget adherence while generating quality leads to support community growth.Requirements:Proven leadership with a track record of team development and execution of operational strategies.Strong business/financial acumen with an ability to manage budgets, financial plans, and performance analytics.Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to set and execute strategic initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering collaboration in fast-paced environments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, finance, or related field preferred.10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, multi-family real estate, senior living, or comparable industry.Experience managing multiple teams and driving P&L accountability.Experience managing vendor contracts and relationships.Comprehensive knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations.Ability to travel extensively to support various community locations.Why Revel Communities?We offer a competitive total rewards package including performance bonuses, medical benefits, a 401k with match, vacation and sick time, complimentary guest suite privileges, and more.
