We are looking for a Technical Operations and Release Manager that will manage and provide successful release and operational delivery support services of supported infrastructure and systems. Your role will involve coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful deployments while maintaining the stability and reliability of operations in support of the Access and Credential Management (ICAM) program. Support organizational objectives through client delivery, thought leadership, and internal availability. Establish repeatable processes and artifacts for use across Easy Dynamics teams. Work to identify and nurture growth opportunities with existing and new potential clients. Engage with trade associations or other groups supporting Easy Dynamics mission. Responsibilities: Manage day to day operations in support of digital, credential, and access management (ICAM) infrastructure and application services and technologies to include Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and SailPoint. Follow defined release processes and procedures to ensure the efficient and reliable deployment and testing of updates such as software updates, system patches, etc. Understand operations and release management in a large enterprise environment; collaborate with cross-functional IT teams (such as Service Desk) to coordinate intake, triage items, support hand-off, and escalation processes between teams. Oversee and manage the prioritization, sequencing, and execution of release activities and resolution of conflicts or dependencies. Create documentation to support releases and collaborate with the Communications Manager to clearly document impacts to stakeholders. Develop and maintain as-built and release documentation, including release notes, deployment guides, and rollback procedures. Monitor service performance and stability in production environments, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks. Conduct business analysis and develop Standard Operating Procedures and knowledge base articles in support of contract services. Lead post-release activities, such as monitoring for issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions and process improvement. Manage in a hybrid environment leveraging traditional methods while modernizing to CI/CD based in an infrastructure as Code (IaC) environment. Conduct technical operational changes in adherence to change management processes for internal and production changes. Manage day-to-day operations of ICAM system operations, infrastructure, and compliance personnel. Meet the operational SLA metrics including timely response to user requests through email and ITSM tools. Provide consistent and accurate status reports in support of Program and Operational objectives. Communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of management, including government leadership. Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience independently managing IT operations and release management activities. 5 years of experience working directly with federal or business clients advising on program, process, and IT improvements. Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to work independently. Experience working with Agile methods and tools. Experience with digital and access management services. Experience with operations automation and monitoring tools. Experience with Entra ID. Experience with Powershell. Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. Experience with SailPoint a plus. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Industry certifications including ITIL, CISSP, Azure, DevOps etc. US Citizenship required. Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance. Salary Range:
