This is a customer-facing technology consulting role, specifically responsible for post-live support, troubleshooting issues, identifying client business requirements, and configuring NCR software solutions to meet customer needs and drive business value. This role requires a combination of responsibilities and skills that enable a candidate to instill confidence in our expertise in implementing NCR solutions.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/SE and 8-10 years of customer-facing experience.Previous experience with NCR will be beneficial.Approximately 15-25% travel is required.Preferred Qualifications:
