You’ll be responsible for providing leadership in account management, including day-to-day account activities and strategic guidance to clients. You must have a solid understanding of all things digital. And, we’ll require you to work with other agency account leaders to facilitate optimal client service and a quality experience.What it takes:
Ability to think strategically, creatively and collaborativelyExcellent understanding of the digital marketplace and ad formatsEffective presentation, mentorship and client-facing skillsAbility to effectively lead and collaborate with multiple team membersPartners with clients, internal partners and vendors to build brandsDelivers strategic client presentations, recommendations and annual brand plansTakes ownership of the financial health of accountsSupports new business initiatives and pitchesDevelops new ideas that align with customer and brand goalsCommunicates broad understanding of client’s industry, business, customers and needs to inform strategic and tactical planningManagement and mentorship of junior team members - coaching, training and identifying areas for growth and providing feedback on an ongoing basisKnow-how:
Agency experience (8 to 10 years) in a pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing agencyActive client service management, working directly with clients and executing projectsBachelor’s degree or higherMedia, analytics and measurement experienceRequires travelThis role will require travel to clients in Horsham, PA and Titusville, NJ and travel once or twice a month to the Cedar Knolls, NJ office.
