For Patent Associate (Partnership Track):
Minimum BS Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Software, Biomedical), or Physics. Preparation and prosecution of patents, patent opinions (infringement, validity, patentability, right-to-use). Ideally, be capable of supporting a wide range of patent protection and procurement efforts (due diligence, transactional / licensing).Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 - 4 years solid patent preparation and prosecution experience. Prior engineering experience would be valued. Additional requirements: employment stability, US Patent and Trademark Office registration (USPTO), state bar.For Patent Agent:
Advanced engineering (Electrical, Computer, Software, Biomedical) or Physics degree strongly preferred, probably required. Absolute minimum of 4 years solid claim drafting and prosecution experience required. USPTO Bar required.Notes for Potential Candidates:
