Meitheal's mission is to provide easy access to fairly priced products through robust manufacturing, consistent supply, and rapid response to our customers' needs.Ranked among the top 100 Crain's Best Places to Work in Chicago, Meitheal emulates the traditional Irish guiding principle we are named for - Meitheal (Mee*hall): working together toward a common goal, for the greater good.Position Summary:The Contract Marketing Administrator provides help and support to the Contract Marketing teams to include preparation and implementation of agreements, chargebacks, contract documents, setup and maintenance of new direct and indirect customers, contract eligibility, account administration and the coordination of product announcements. The Commercial Administrator will provide analytical assistance, support in the review of the aging report, provide documentation and supportive materials, as well as custom sales reports for Meitheal customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Review and research new customers in the iContracts system including updating customer naming conventions to Meitheal standards and the review and updates of the DEA/HIN/340B identifiers and Class of Trade (COT) assignments. Special emphasis on ensuring that verified and active 340B IDs are on any eligible PHS/340B and Apexus contract eligible members.Prepare contract documents for assigned accounts.Support the distribution and aids in the preparation of new product launch information and materials for Meitheal wholesalers, distributor, and data bank customers.Assist in the development of department policies and procedures for commercial operations activities.Process and approve daily chargeback requests/credits including the review/verification of contract eligibility and pricing. Works directly with wholesalers/customers to resolve chargeback discrepancies.Work with new and existing EDI clients to analyze requirements, maintain and update mapping documents, test systems and transactions, and establish communication with trading partners.Review, research and sets up new direct customers in the iContracts system and with ICS to ensure accurate identifiers, Class of Trade (COT) assignments, payment terms and other customer requirements as necessary.Maintain the warehouse inventory report.Review ageing report with Finance and work with direct customers to resolve discrepancies.Monitor the daily receipt and processing of EDI files from customers/partners and troubleshoot and resolve data transmission or content problems.Provide invoices, ASNs, inventory reports, sales data and other documents requested.Support and troubleshoot production systems as required while optimizing performance and reliability.Supervisory:
