is recruiting for the following opportunity:Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm, is looking for an experienced IP litigation attorney with at least 7 years of substantive intellectual property litigation experience. Here, your responsibility and opportunity to excel will not be hindered, as this is a very collegial atmosphere where performance always overrides politics.Ideally, you will have experience pertaining to all aspects and phases of IP litigations (i.e., patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, ITC Section 337), PTAB proceedings, and Federal Circuit & Other IP Appeals. This is a senior counsel role, thus the ability to execute and lead strategy are essential.Senior IP Litigation Attorney Requirements:
7+ years of IP litigation experience with progressively increasing responsibilityTechnical undergraduate or graduate degree (STEM)General passion for the dynamic specialization of IP litigationExcellent academic credentials and work historyNotes for Potential Candidates:All fees are paid by client firms and companies. As a consequence of our reputation for having integrity and providing results, we often work on exclusive assignments that are not advertised.Another important distinction is that we work directly with the decision makers (partners, managing counsels, etc.) that make the determinations regarding who will be interviewed, who will be extended an offer, etc.You have our express commitment that
