Job Description
The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving all volume and distribution goals for the portfolio through all channels of trade.Salary
$60,000, plus 20% bonusResponsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing annual operating plan which includes financial, volume, and distribution objectivesResponsible for building and managing relationships with distributor field sales teams and motivating them to execute goals and objectivesManage depletion, distribution and display objectives for the general market off channelManage execution of displays in the chain channelManage depletion, distribution and features in the on-premise channelManage onboarding of all new accountsManage POS and ensure that merchandising objectives are being executed in concert with the distributor field sales teamIntroduce creative sales execution concepts, share across state lines/regions if successful and aspire to be a leader in better practicesMaintain a working key account list and build key account relationships within assigned territoryAssist state leads in managing assigned budgets including incentives, branded merchandise and other departmental expensesEnsure all sales practices are compliant with state & company policies/lawQualifications
Must reside in MassachusettsPreferred 3-5 or more years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industryBA degree or equivalent experienceWell organized with ability to work both independently and within team environmentResults oriented, innovation, strong problem solving and negotiation skillsAbility to work and succeed in dynamic entrepreneurial environmentMust be able to build and maintain customer relationshipsUnderstanding of Google/G-Mail, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointUp to 50% travelBeverage: 3 years (Required)Benefits

The roots of long drinks go all the way back to the 1952 Summer Games in Helsinki, when the country of only 4 million people was still recovering from the Second World War.
