This position is based out of our West Chicago office.How You’ll Make an ImpactEpsilon’s Sales Operation’s team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to assist with general sales operations duties in addition to performing some basic sales support duties. In this role, we support our Field, PHQ and Account Teams to ensure that they have what they need in order to drive Sales and Support our clients.What You’ll AchieveConsistently meet or exceed sales goals by selling Epsilon product line to targeted clients—dealerships and dealer groups in assigned market area.Utilize Salesforce data to produce reporting for Sales Leadership.Work within Salesforce for Dealer Group opportunities.Entering information into the customer relationship management (CRM) system [Salesforce].Work closely with Field and PHQ Teams.Sales Operations Teams supports local and national events.Sales Operations Teams supports Training and On-Boarding.Work on New OEM & Product launches.Provide Analytic opportunity for Sales Teams.Will interact with Internal Salesforce Team.Analytics and Analysis for Sales Goals, marketing trends, objectives, performance, etc.Facilitate and implement new processes.Who You AreWhat you’ll bring with you:

Excel, Word, other Microsoft Products.Microsoft Project.Power BI.Salesforce expertise.
