Design and oversee product experiments, own complex analysis to drive company and product strategy, and deploy online and offline models to a production environmentEnhance revenue and advertiser value by providing data-driven insights into our advertising marketplaceConduct experiments, craft measurement methodologies to address complex issues within the ads ecosystem, and formulate innovative strategies for revenue growthContribute to the advancement and optimization of our core advertising productsCollaborate with diverse teams including product, engineering, sales, and financeDevise and execute metrics, analyses, solutions, and insights, providing practical recommendations to business partnersBecome a systems expert across all parts of the Nextdoor Ads ecosystemRun experiments efficiently and accurately, including monitoring early feature development through tracking post-release follow-upsDevelop and share strategic insights through data analysis, helping identify the next big opportunity for revenue growthBuild scalable metrics and dashboards to inform product strategyPartner with cross-functional teams to support product development effortsCaring deeply about data quality and empowering employees to leverage data to drive product changesCompensation and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $162,000 to $240,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your level of proficiency exceeds the expected level for the role. Compensation may also vary by geography. We cover 100% of your personal monthly premium for health, dental, and vision – and provide a OneMedical membership for concierge care.Company Information
