is recruiting for the following opportunity:Great in-house opportunity for an experienced patent attorney or patent agent. A minimum of 3 years of solid patent drafting and prosecution experience is required. This new position will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents and ongoing strategic portfolio counseling within a technology-driven and growing company.This is an excellent opportunity to have exposure to the highest level of management and have quality work recognized and appreciated, as this is an expanding legal department within a progressive and innovative company.You will work closely with internal engineers, upper management, and outside counsel relating to extremely important patent families. Your portfolio and counseling responsibility will grow and be commensurate with your experience and demonstrated ability.Requirements:
Minimum B.S. in electrical or computer engineering with a solid understanding of state-of-the-art wireless, telecommunications, and networking technologies (hardware and software).USPTO license (for agent or attorney applicants).State Bar (for attorney applicants).At least 3 years of solid patent preparation and prosecution experience.Benefits:
