Mandatory Skills

Expertise in coordinating releases using Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

Technical Proficiency

Hands-on experience with

CI/CD pipelines

BDD

, and automated testing frameworks.

Skilled in managing code merges, deployment processes, and branch dependencies.

Tools & Techniques :

Proficient in

JIRA

Confluence

, and other Agile tools.

Well-versed in Agile techniques like burn-down charts, retrospective formats, and handling bugs.

Soft Skills

:

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to manage cross-team dependencies and stakeholder coordination effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee release cycles, including planning, tracking, and reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Monitor and improve processes for higher efficiency and reduced risks.

Communicate release plans, progress, and changes to stakeholders.

Maintain and align release schedules across teams and external stakeholders.
