Qualifications

The field-based Account Executive - Screening is responsible for effectively promoting cancer screening colorectal cancer (CRC) liquid biopsy to healthcare providers in the primary care practice settingThis position will act with urgency and with passion to deliver best-in-class new products for early cancer detectionProspect and target healthcare providers for high utilization of SHIELD to screen patients for CRC and other cancersMeet or exceed sales goals, maximize promotional budgets, and execute the national sales strategy in accordance with Guardant Health standardsDrive strategic business expansion/collaboration opportunities with primary care providers and their practicesDevelop and implement a business plan in line with brand strategy to support launchIdentify and partner with national, regional and local laboratories that offer phlebotomy draw agreementsInitiate and secure lab service draw agreements, in-service and train specimen collection, workflowIdentify opportunities in the marketplace, share best practices, and proactively communicate strategies to cross-functional partners and members of the Commercial TeamContinually analyze competitive landscape and environment within assigned accounts to determine trends and provide customer feedback to GHI leadershipStructure detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining new and existing clientsManage implementation of all promotional activities to support sales and marketing strategies, in accordance with high industry standards and company policiesWork effectively with individuals across multiple departments throughout Guardant HealthCollaborate and coordinate with sales team to ensure successful attainment of company goals and objectivesEmbrace, embody and represent the Guardant Health company culture at all times to external and internal constituentsThis is a field-based role – must have ability to travel daily within assigned territory and some travel outside of assigned area for regional or national meetingsUphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamworkSupport and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and proceduresEmployee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipmentBenefits
