The Senior Presentations Designer will primarily be working in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro. This is a hybrid working role.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Presentations Designer, you will:-Play a pivotal role in fostering our teams growth by supporting local teams on design and production projects, while seamlessly collaborating with global workflows to drive successWork closely with the leadership team to help market our service capabilities with local teamsResponsible for assisting with planning and managing more design related projects from local teamsDesign and execute PowerPoint pitch books and client branded presentationsApply and update templates to presentations with consistency and technical formattingCreate company branded and custom charts, graphs, tables, icons and other infographicsCreate fully functional client PowerPoint templatesPerform photo re-touching and photo manipulationPerform Logo creation, recreation or vectorizationDesign or recreate highly detailed and complex maps (shale, oil, pipelines)Design print collateral (invitations, signage, and banners)Proactive raising of creative ideas or emerging trends in line with business/department objectivesFormat Word, Excel and PowerPoint documentsBuild and style Word templatesSetup and run mail merges (badges, labels, letters, and cards)Work with creating, combining, editing, watermarking, redacting and optimizing PDF documentsOther similar presentation design or document formatting requestsBasic Qualifications5+years of experience as a Senior Presentations Designer or similar creative roleStrong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel (non-technical), and Adobe Acrobat ProStrong knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteA strong understanding of design for both print and digitalStrong conceptual skills, knowledge and experience designing page layouts, infographics, financial charts, tables, and graphsAbility to work independently but also collaboratively as a team player and able to integrate with a diverse team when requiredAbility to take ideas and think creatively to make professional, aesthetically pleasing layouts while maintaining company identity standardsAbility to work with a job ticketing system, work well under pressure and make quick sound decisionsProfessional written and verbal communications skillsEffectively manage workloads within agreed timescalesBe responsible for more conceptual design led task when opportunities ariseProactively monitor output quality, accuracy and consistencyPreferred QualificationsPreferred Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphics, Business or related fieldSalary RangeHoulihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation .
