Position Summary
Curio is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join the direct-to-consumer home and lifestyle brand team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Growth Marketing Manager will have a critical role within a small, entrepreneurial team to drive success and profitability for curiohomegoods.com.
The Growth Marketing Manager will develop, plan, and lead new lifecycle marketing initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets and overall profitability. Specific responsibilities include conversion optimization, email / SMS, paid media, landing pages, upsell/cross-sell, and A/B testing. The ideal candidate is data-driven, technically competent, detail-oriented, creative problem solver and has a proven track record in performance marketing.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Curio lifecycle marketing as a business owner by developing strategies to acquire and retain customers, drive top-line revenue growth, and create shareholder value
Develop and execute growth marketing plans, including subscription program optimization, email / SMS flows, upsell / cross-sell strategies, landing pages, and paid media campaigns
Utilize a test and learn approach to all growth initiatives including key performance indicators, goals, and measurable outcomes
Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive ecommerce conversion, average order value, subscription model participation and retention, and return on ad spend
Provide input to the product development process based on learnings from lifecycle marketing, in particular subscription and promotional SKUs
Understand consumer behavior and drivers by measuring key lifecycle metrics (e.g., average order value, clickthrough rates, conversion rates, cost per metrics)
Have a strong understanding of the competitive DTC landscape and be acutely aware of new techniques, identify best practices among competition, and anticipate market shifts
Prepare marketing performance reports and present with confidence to executive management

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years business experience in DTC/ecomm companies, with a proven track record in growing ecommerce sales
Experience using web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Triple Whale), CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze), and upsell / cross-sell platforms (e.g., Rebuy, Disco)
Proficiency Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager: hands on experience with launching, maintaining, and optimizing campaigns
Experience with managing and optimizing online marketing tactics and CRM with an emphasis on efficient spending to generate high ROI
Must be creative, resourceful, and decisive with strong problem-solving and team/consensus building skills, able to manage multiple projects, meet/exceed deadlines and expectations, and adjust quickly and effectively to change
Clear and consistent communicator that is able to influence at both the peer and senior level
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with the flexibility to accommodate demanding projects schedules
Strong interpersonal, and communication skills and proven ability to foster a cooperative, results-driven work environment

Munchkin’s Hybrid Schedule is where an employee works in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdays, and Tuesday and Friday’s remotely from home. Salary range: $130,000 - $145,000
