Senior Product Marketing Manager at Cribl in RemoteWe're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive growth of our AppScope product line through relatable, innovative, and comprehensive content marketing strategies integrated with go-to-market plans. A tight partner with sales, digital marketing, and product, this role is on the forefront of messaging and evangelizing Cribl in a compelling, consistent, and inspirational way that ultimately drives company growth. Leading our AppScope product marketing, you will define Cribl's market differentiation and product positioning strategy, influencing marketing campaigns, customer communications, drive our open-source marketing strategy, and advise the team on the product roadmap.Responsibilities:
Create and own go-to-market and open source strategy for all new AppScope features and launches.Lead the product marketing function for AppScope, enabling sales, customer success, and marketing to communicate about the product line and our open source strategy in a consistent and compelling way.Evangelize AppScope throughout our community and the open source community.Interrogate data and synthesize field, customer, and market feedback to define and clarify the needs of our core customers (evolve ICP definitions and buyer/user personas).Support ongoing competitive analysis, evolving positioning as appropriate; partner with sales enablement to keep field updated on market evolutions.Be a spokesperson for the company in webinars, analyst briefings, and on customer calls (as needed).Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of experience in a senior product marketing leadership role for B2B SaaS.Excitement for building a product marketing function for our open source product line from the ground up.A knack for identifying, prioritizing, and articulating the highest impact initiatives.The ability to take risks in the spirit of creating an exceptional experience for the customer.Research, data interrogation, and field outreach to inform strategy and direction.Spending a lot of time with the sales team, directly with customers, and with the analyst community to both listen and influence.Writing and messaging/content strategy as well as building original content.Partnering with product management and/or technical product resources to translate technology developments into compelling business cases (and vice versa).Preferred Qualifications/Bonus Points:
Seeing the big picture and connecting cross-functional work to create impact.Growth hacking -- Testing and learning to scale successes; continuous iteration is at your core.Being qualitative and quantitative - you use data to guide decision-making, but you can also trust your gut and previous experiences to make a call without perfect metrics.Working with a small team to get things started, which means you enjoy being both a coach and a player.Regularly challenging conventional wisdom.Education:
