Clinical Nurse Senior Consultant !What you will do:Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for:

Comply with position's professional standardsCoordinate various phases of an engagement; planning, scheduling, work assignments to staffSupport the training of staffStrive to meet productivity goalsPrioritize multiple engagements at one timeMedical Record Review to validate and ensure proper coding of the MDS to manage and/or improve Medicare or Medicaid reimbursement, Quality Measures, and compliance.Provide education to staff on the RAI, skilled documentation, Medicare and Medicaid regulations and reimbursement systems and 5 Star Quality Measures.Assess clinical operations in the MDS department and interdisciplinary team to help clients streamline processes for efficiency.

Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clientsEnjoy friendships, social activities and team outings that encourage a work-life balanceSuccessful candidates will have:Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical NurseExcellent working knowledge of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Process5+ years of Skilled Nursing Facility experienceKnowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement systems and regulationsWorking knowledge of Managed Care Organization reimbursementWorking knowledge of quality measures as they relate to nursing facilities
