In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Program Supervisor, providing leadership and support to residential staff while empowering participants to achieve their recovery and rehabilitation goals. You will model a strength-based approach, promoting growth and opportunity for both staff and participants. As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the coordination and delivery of services, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and MHA policies and regulations. Requirements Required: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). At least six months of relevant experience; one year preferred. Valid driver\'s license, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to participants\' changing needs. Preferred: College degree in human services or a related field.
