We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Lakeside, CA, and provide speech and language services to elementary students. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to make a meaningful impact on the communication skills of young learners.Position Overview :The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will work with elementary-aged students (K-5th grade) to evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech and language disorders. The SLP will have a manageable caseload of 50-55 students, collaborating with teachers and parents to develop individualized treatment plans that support students' communication goals. This position requires in-person services and offers a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children.Responsibilities :Assessment & Evaluation : Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify students with speech or language delays, disorders, or impairments.Individualized Treatment Plans : Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.Direct Therapy : Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with communication challenges, including articulation, fluency, language processing, and social communication.Collaboration : Work with classroom teachers and other educational staff to monitor progress, provide recommendations for classroom modifications, and support students' academic and social development.Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of student progress, treatment plans, and evaluations in compliance with district policies.Compliance & Professional Standards : Adhere to ethical standards and regulations for speech-language therapy services in a school setting. Participate in ongoing professional development and remain updated on best practices and relevant research.Qualifications :California Speech-Language Pathologist Credential : Hold a valid

Clinical – Rehabilitative Credential for Language, Speech, and Hearing Specialist
