The Product Designer will work with project stakeholders to manage customer design requirements and create application designs for web and mobile.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with development team and product team to interpret business requirements into intuitive, creative, and beautiful user experiencesFacilitate clients’ product visions by researching, conceiving, and translating concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences for digital productsConduct usability testing and user research to gather insights on user needs and behaviors, and translate findings into actionable design improvements that enhance user experience and product functionalityREQUIREMENTS:
3+ years’ experience as a UX designer2+ years’ experience working on an Agile SCRUM teamStrong analytical and research skillsStrong understanding of User Centered Design process (Discovery, Design, and Testing)Experience using Azure DevOps or JIRA project tracking toolsBackground in Graphic Design or Interaction Design with demonstratable portfolioExperience working with Style Guides and Design System ComponentsExperience using Figma, Adobe CS, etc.Strategic mindset with strong understanding of customer-orientated principlesThis is a remote role.
