As a Senior Human ResourcesGeneralist, you will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating policies and programs for our managed labs. Covering the following activities: recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations for specific internal client groups. Reports to the HR leader of HMH/PLS with functional responsibility to multiple client groups.
Recruits and screens exempt and non-exempt applicants. Ensures compliance with Corporate hiring practices and policiesAdministers the corporate performance management and salary administration programs in accordance with company policiesServices as a representative for various employee relations' issues by counseling employees and managers, gathering information and making recommendations to the Director of HRFacilitates training and career development plans for client groupsWorks with the HR Director to administer the annual HR Planning ProcessServes as the Climate and QMS Survey administrator for client groupsAssists employees in resolving benefits coverage issues by troubleshooting with Corporate HR and Corporate BenefitsFacilitates organizational design and change management initiatives with client groups
* Travel up to 25% - to hospital locations within the East Region
Required WorkExperience:
3+ years HR Generalist experience
Preferred Work Experience:
Worked in a medical environment
Knowledge:
Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeKnowledge ofPeopleSoft/Oracle
Skills:
Organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDealing with ambiguityPrioritizing work
Education:Bachelor's Degree (Required)
