The MICON Group, Inc. Preconstruction Services team plays a critical role in the development of large, complex energy, infrastructure, marine and transportation projects. The Preconstruction Services team consists of construction and technical professionals working with one another and with customers to develop creative solutions for turning construction ideas into reliable outcomes. As a Prequalification Specialist, your key responsibilities will be to coordinate and submit proposal and qualification packages, ensuring they are completed with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. You will also work closely with executives, project managers, estimators and other internal and external business partners to develop proposal content for large or complex projects. Additional key tasks include responding to requests for proposals, organization of prequalification documents and developing and recording templates for quick responses.

0-3+ years of prequalification, proposal development or related experience
High level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite
Detail oriented individual
Ability to enter data quickly with a high rate of accuracy
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite desired but not required
