Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Delivery Driver. This role is responsible for handling the delivery, pickup and movement of clients' copiers, printers, and other office technology and products, utilizing our established copier delivery processes and equipment. In this role you will work with the clients to determine the correct location for their equipment, have them sign off on the delivery and answer any questions they may have, and process delivery calls.
The ideal candidate has good written and verbal communications skills; can work independently and within a larger team; has a strong sense of urgency and time management and has an upbeat, positive attitude towards the challenges each day presents. This person should also have experience working in a customer service position, be flexible with their work hours, and experience handling deliveries in a professional setting is highly preferred. Experience driving a 16 foot, or larger, box truck is a plus.
As an essential business, our performance directly impacts the ability of various critical regional infrastructure, medical and educational organizations to operate effectively, allowing them to serve the community as seamlessly as possible. This role supports the success of our organization by ensuring safe, timely, and efficient product delivery.
The position is full time, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm. Pay for this role starts at $20 per hour and also includes a cell phone reimbursement allowance to compensate for work related use.
We provide initial On-The-Job training and clearly defined expectations, along with the support of a knowledgeable team. Uniform shirts are also provided; however work pants, not jeans, along with work boots/shoes are required.
