Function:
Provide high-level, timely, and effective analytical and administrative support to business units or other organizational groups and who has a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary and a detailed knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, methods, practices, and people. You can handle department-specific administrative activities.
Extract PRIS rebate amounts and Puma Fleet commissions. Validate invoices. Registration of invoices in the system. Confirm payment made to ESDs. Attention and resolution of cases reported by the ESD related to loyalty and fleet. Fraud Analysis, reporting and follow-up with ESD. Creation of reports and submission to EDS. Report and follow up on calls (tickets) placed to the Call Center. Depending on the situation, it will be Creation of Dashboard and reports for PRIS and Puma Fleet analysis. VMI consumption report. Manual transactions and settlement of transactions. Creation of Merchants and Customers (Vehicles and Drivers) for Puma Fleet. Training in the use of the Customer Portal for Puma Fleet. Maintain inventory of HHT, RFID, Cards, SIM Cards. Installation (coordinate and perform) of RFID to fleets. Experience:
BBA in Accounting/Finance and/or Administration •1-2 years of analyst, data analyst, financial analyst and or accounting/administrative/office support experience •Any appropriate combination of education, certifications, and/or relevant work experience will be considered Skills:
Advanced experience in office system applications. MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype, Navision. Proficiency with standard office software and equipment; Knowledge through the Internet and e-mail; Excellent verbal and written skills in the local language Competencies:
