IT Systems Support Specialist

Job Description One of Insight Globals large Agricultural Sciences companies is looking for an IT Systems Support Specialist to support their team. Youll join a small team and will be responsible for providing run and maintenance assistance for research applications in different company domains. You will monitor ticketing services and respond promptly to service disruptions. Youll also maintain documentation, both user facing and admin facing, for research software applications. Youll work closely with competency partners to ensure system up-time.
