Summary:
The Human Resources Team is searching for an ambitious candidate to join our everyday mission to discover, hire, and retain great talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full life cycle recruiting for salaried and temporary positions within our assigned business units. As a trusted partner to our hiring leaders, you will build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs, drive niche recruitment strategies, foster an exceptional candidate experience and align hiring outcomes with our overall business goals. You will leverage your advanced sourcing skills to attract and retain high-quality talent in a niche market.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Partners with hiring managers to ensure the recruiting process is being completed in a timely manner.Assists with the creation and data entry of job profiles within recruiting platform.Actively source and engage talent by leveraging referrals, leads, networking, job fairs, technology external recruiting partners and events.Develop a pool of qualified candidates utilizing various sources.Conduct pre-screening interviews and initial phone interviews of applicants for salaried positions presenting qualified candidates to the managers.Develop strong relationships and partner with the recruiting team to bring forward ideas and best practices for recruiting.Utilizes systems to maintain up-to-date recruiting records.Coordinates pre-employment screens for potential new hires.Delivers an elevated level of customer service to both internal and external hiring managers and candidates.HR administration projects and onboarding support as needed.
Requirements:
Associate degree in Human Resources or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.5 + years' experience in full life cycle recruiting and understanding of recruiting best practices.Innovate and expand upon existing recruitment strategies to cultivate a strong talent pipeline.Ability to be respectful, approachable, and collaborative, while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.Experience collaborating closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand hiring needs, align sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates.Must be meticulous and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a timely manner.A collaborative spirit and readiness to contribute to various recruiting initiatives and projects.Self-motivation, exceptional time management, and organizational prowess.A professional demeanor, positive attitude, and superior communication skills, both written and verbal.Respect for confidentiality and discretion to properly manage sensitive information.This position requires onsite collaboration with some flexibility to work from home based around business needs.Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, LinkedIn, and Excel.HRIS, ATS experience. Workday experience is a plus.
