What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.Job Details:Schedule: 6:00pm - 2:30am Mon - FriPay: $23.42/HR

Responsibilities:Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for deliveryStage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipmentComplete training requirementsRestock product in picking areas as neededAttend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
Requirements:High School Diploma (or GED) requiredPrior experience in a warehouse environment preferredPrior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferredAbility to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire dateAbility to perform essential functions with little or no supervisionAbility to work weekends and holidays as directed by the businessAbility to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive

Base pay range is $18.67 to $29.27 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.Employees and families offered Medical, Dental, Vision; union pension with employer contributions; Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours work, annually 7 paid holidays plus up to 2 floating holidays; Vacation of 40 hours available next calendar year; Eligible for paid Bereavement and Jury Duty. Additionally includes Standby (On-Call) Pay.
