Experienced Loan Officer Assistant - Processor Position in West Baltimore, MD * Seeking a dedicated, friendly, talented, and seasoned Mortgage Processor or Loan Officer Assistant interested in a role with a fixed salary (without the need to generate their own clientele).* Direct experience is essential for consideration. Candidates with a Processor background will be evaluated if they also possess LOA experience.* Please note that we are only accepting applications from local candidates in Baltimore, MD. This is an in-office position; remote applicants will not be reviewed. Responsibilities: • Analyze credit, income, and asset documents for loan applications • Structure loans according to Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines • Run DU, stack and submit files, and clear conditions proficiently • Maintain professional communication with Borrowers and Realtors • Demonstrate adaptability and efficiency in handling tasks • Utilize organizational skills to track progress logically • Pay close attention to detail while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Collaborate effectively in a team setting Qualifications: • Must have 5-10 years of recent experience as a Processor, Loan Officer, or Loan Officer Assistant • Should be proficient in independently structuring mortgages and setting up loans • Ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can work autonomously without constant supervision • Position is based in the Baltimore office on Federal Hill and is not a remote job Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
