As a Sr. Product Designer, you’ll own the end to end design process — work closely with the founders, PMs, engineers from concept to delivery. You’ll do this at a fast pace, high-growth, mission-driven series A startup in enterprise SaaS.We have found true product/market fit and we are now taking it to the next level. We are currently looking for a Sr. Product Designer to join the team. As a Sr. Product Designer, you will own the end to end design experience for large product areas — work closely with the PMs to define and design experiences, and turn it into reality with our engineering team in Pakistan.This role is hybrid remote and located in San Mateo 3 days per week.What you'll do:

Work closely with the Product and Engineering counterparts to conceptualize and execute creative solutions to delight our usersTackle complex product design challenges by synthesizing business, technology, and user needs into simple, holistic design solutionsGuide and advise fellow coworkers in the creative process to foster stronger working relationships and solutions (other designers, product managers, engineers, partner success)Ability to juggle multiple, high-priority projects efficiently and deliver them on time and high qualityStay informed and share the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design and level up Stellic’s designWhat you'll need:

You have at least 5 years of design experience working on complex systems.You have led end to end design for large, complex product areas, where you’ve successfully translated vaguely-defined business problems into simple, easy to use design solutions that meet users' needs.You have had experience discovering user needs through research and influence product and design directions based on these insights.You have strong visual skills and a keen eye for spotting opportunities to inject unexpected delighters into product experiences.Why Join:
