Responsibilities:
Manage Executive's calendar (filmmaker and internal meetings)Handle international and domestic business travelOrganize and input expensesMonitor deadlines for the marketing campaigns to ensure everything is on scheduleCoordinate with external vendors on creative assetsOversee budgets and billingAssist with competitive campaign analysis and researchCoordinate with finishing department, print production, and marketing servicesPerform administrative duties (ordering office and kitchen supplies)
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years related experienceBachelor's DegreeTech Savvy & familiar with Apple systems (Mac/iPads)Must be very organized and detail-oriented; have the ability to manage multiple high priorities and proactively anticipate/manage time efficientlyAbility to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines with a calm mannerHighly Proficient with MS software including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPointFamiliarity with Photoshop and video software a plusExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff, other administrators, senior management, and filmmakers
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in the entertainment industry, ideally in marketing with a strong passion for creative advertising and moviesShould be familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures, especially in creative advertisingGood relationship-building skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 60,000.00.The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program, and PTO.
