The Marketing Senior Manager at Amgen leads the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and activities. They coordinate with other departments, analyze market trends and consumer behavior, and align marketing efforts with the overall company goals.Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, competitive landscape, literature and therapeutic management of the Thyroid Eye Disease, in addition to understanding managed care and infusion center dynamics.Manage and enhance external relationships with thought leaders, promotional speakers and strategic business partners.Create educational and promotional peer-to-peer content for the endocrinology speaker bureau.Manage the endocrinology speaker bureau and drive speaker training annually.Support implementation of marketing strategy via execution of congresses, symposia and peer-to-peer programs as well as be able to generate insights through advisory boards and meetings with external advisors.Work closely with marketing and sales leadership, sales training, and internal cross-functional groups to develop and execute brand campaign, messaging, marketing initiatives and marketing materials to educate and engage stakeholders.Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to continue to grow product adoption as well as to support the strategy for expansion of opportunity.Implementation of key promotional tactics within the professional marketing team to reach both prescribing target and referral physician audiences.Manage external partners (ad agency, meeting planners, market research, consultants) to ensure integration and consistency of strategies, messages and tactics across several projects at once and within agreed upon timelines and budgets.Garner and leverage business insights and expert feedback to provide active input into the development and review of brand strategy and tactical plan.Gain feedback on and track marketing program effectiveness and continuously strive to optimize marketing programs.Work with promotional review committee (MAC) to ensure that marketing materials meet brand and regulatory guidelines.Qualifications and Skills Required:
